Pros +

Nothing, after seeing the room we left and told the front desk why.

Cons -

This hotel is falling apart. The toilet seat was disconnected from the toilet. There were bugs in the bed which did not look like it had clean sheets. The shower was filthy and it was only one towel for two of us. The television was disconnected.
